African Americans are especially at risk for stroke and Alzheimer's. They have a higher risk of developing diabetes, high blood pressure, and cardiovascular (heart) disease, all conditions that may damage blood vessels.
The Heart to Heart Concert will be devoted to uplifting hearts with praise while promoting healthy heart awareness. Many experts now believe that a positive attitude is a very important part of staying healthy. And what better way to begin a positive outlook on life than uplifting spirits with inspiring songs that uplift the soul!
